Hi, I’m Roberta—and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re anything like the women I work with, you’ve spent a lot of your life showing up for everyone else. You’ve carried the responsibilities, worn the smile, and kept moving forward, even when your heart was quietly asking, “Is there more?”

I understand that feeling because I’ve lived it.

For more than 35 years, I worked as a hairstylist. While I loved helping women look and feel beautiful, I discovered that the conversations happening in my chair had very little to do with hair. Women were searching for confidence, purpose, healing, and permission to be themselves.

Long before I became a coach, I was listening to stories, encouraging women, and reminding them of their worth.

Then life changed.

When my daughter suffered a traumatic brain injury, my world was turned upside down. Like so many unexpected moments in life, it became the beginning of something I never could have planned. Through heartbreak, uncertainty, and faith, I discovered that our greatest pain can become the doorway to our greatest purpose.

That journey transformed me from the inside out.

It led me to write books, launch a podcast, speak on stages, coach women around the world, and create a movement called UnleashHer—a community where women are empowered to heal, grow, and step into the life they were created to live.

Today, I wear many hats—author, speaker, publisher, coach, podcast host, and entrepreneur—but my favorite role is walking alongside women as they rediscover who they truly are.

I don’t believe your story is something to hide.

I believe it’s one of the greatest gifts you have to offer.
